This RIBA Award winning scheme makes best use of an old light industrial printing shed.

A Locally Listed building set within the St Albans Conservation Area allowed us to explore dynamic lofted interiors using natural daylight and bold architectural shapes.

The result was seven entirely different spaces enjoying private city living.
