A favourite in the office for it’s quirky but interesting approach to suburban London life.

This bronze and resin panelled addition to ‘Tudor Cottage’ was only made possible by way of the General Permitted Development Order. The original house plan was unlocked by adding this kitchen extension. Space between the ‘pod’ and the existing living room made for a lovely internal garden.

The project was shortlisted for the Architects Journal small projects awards.
