The first phase of this exciting commission to convert a stunning Grade 11 Listed school in Kent into new residential apartments has been completed 2017.

The original building was been badly damaged by previous neglect and much of the historic fabric has been lost. Working with Sandhill Homes Ltd we are piecing together an exceptional restoration. The interior has been remodelled keeping the historical spaces intact whilst creating spectacular new living spaces. Each apartment has its own unique atmosphere and quality.

The restoration works will be offset by a second phase of new enabling development in the grounds of this Listed parkland setting. 18 innovative new family homes will be built set amongst mature trees and lawns.
