These new shops and offices are due to replace existing buildings on this important St Albans City Centre Conservation area site.

Offering 4500 sq ft of new shops and 6000 sq ft of new offices, the building will make an important addition to the city economy. The designs are deliberately in keeping with the late Victorian street scene using traditional materials in a traditional way.
