Completed in 2016 this urban regeneration project provides a variety of new houses and flats on a former industrial estate in East Barnet.

Comprising a high street corner building, Victorian terraces, internal mews and penthouse rooftops, these 32 new dwellings took on slightly different architectural responses to their site and context. Consequently a range of dwellings provide flexible distinctive accommodation.

The project featured Lifetime Homes standards, Code 4 for Sustainable Homes, London Plan accommodation standards, Green Guide A ratings for materials specifications and Secure by Design.  At the heart of our thinking was the desire to create a sense of community.

A safe attractive environment with a distinct identity all making best use of previously developed sustainable land.
